The Moon Valley Hotel Apartments are set in a modern four-storey building and situated in the centre of Dubai, three kilometres from museums and nine kilometres from the beach.

Dubai International Airport is approximately 11 kilometres and a 20 minute drive from the airport. A shopping centre, bars and pubs, the Al Fahidi textile market and the Dubai Museum can all be found within three kilometres. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can make restaurant and theatre bookings, and advise on local sightseeing hotspots. Room service is on offer round the clock and there is a gift shop for souvenir-hunters. The bar is also open for drinks and snacks, although guests should note that alcohol is not served in this hotel. In the Lounge Coffee Shop guests can enjoy light meals, snacks, cakes and drinks in an informal setting. Breakfast and lunch is served buffet style and in the evenings guests can choose dishes from an à la carte menu. At the Palms restaurant international dishes are served in a relaxed, modern setting.
