The Dubai Marine Beach and Spa is a modern hotel complex made up of 33 low-rise villas built in a contemporary Arabic-style and set in landscaped grounds adjoining the beach; six kilometres from Deira Old Town.

Dubai International Airport is 14 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.
