Location.

 If guests are overcome with the romance of London, the hotel is licensed to marry couples with little notice.

Expert Tip. Bathrooms have bathrobes and designer toiletries. All rooms have high-speed Internet connections, satellite television with unlimited movies, and CD and DVD players and minibars. Some have period architectural details such as fireplaces.  The Andaz's 267 climate-controlled guestrooms are decorated in a minimalist style.

The hotel's health club has a fitness room in a former Masonic lodge, with personal trainers and yoga instruction available (surcharge may apply).

There are 12 meeting rooms for 10-400 people and a business centre. The intimate Miyabi prepares sushi and bento boxes to eat in or take away. At Fishmarket, diners can eat in the restaurant or enjoy oysters and champagne in the bar. The lively Terminus serves brasserie-style food, and George is a traditional pub serving real ales and hearty pies. Terence Conran's Aurora has a stained-glass dome and serves European cuisine such as ravioli of escargot.

The Andaz has five restaurants. The Victorian red-brick frontage was restored, and a central atrium was added.  Built in 1879, this Grade II-listed railway hotel was redesigned for the millennium.
Hotel Features. Liverpool Street railway and Tube station is a few steps away. St Paul's Cathedral and the Barbican Arts Centre are within a mile of the hotel. The Tower of London is half a mile away and Tower Bridge is a short walk further on.  The contemporary Andaz Hotel is located next to Liverpool Street Station in The City, the financial district of central London, England.
