The Maritime Museum and Van Gogh Museum are two kilometres away. Visitors to the city are well located to visit the city's many places of interest; Artis Zoo is just 100 metres from the hotel, and the Flea Market and Opera House are both 400 metres away. It is surrounded by many sights, bar and restaurants with good transport links, and so is well placed to explore the area.
The hotel is located in a beautiful green area in the old centre of Amsterdam, originally designed in the 17th century as a garden called 'Plantage'. Bathrooms have hair dryers and makeup mirrors. All offer televisions, coffee and tea making facilities and safes. The 11 guestrooms have simple, light decor with patterned fabrics.
