Hurricane Guarantee:
If a hurricane should strike Cancún, guests will receive a refund for the cost of the affected nights and a voucher for the same number of nights for use at a future date, good for one year and to be used in the same month

An all-inclusive stay at this hotel includes accommodations and taxes, all meals, drinks, non-motorized water sports and gratuities in your nightly rate. The Crown Paradise offers onsite dining at Wayne´s Boots Restaurant and the Crown Tower and nightly entertainment. Land sports include aerobics, bicycling, tennis, volleyball and other activities. This resort offers all types of activities, such as; snorkeling and scuba demos, snorkeling equipment, a variety of water sports and activities in the marina. In addition, there is a nightly entertainment program. There is also a teen disco for guests 12 to 18 years of age. The hotel is known for its Mini Club (4-12 years) and Baby Club (18 months - 3 years), offering adult supervision of the younger guests from 9 AM to 10 PM. The Crown Club Rooms/suites are for adults only, with a maximum two adults per room (no triple occupancy).  Children up to 6 years old may stay free in a room with adults, ages 6-12 at are the "child" rate, with a maximum of two children sharing a room with two adults.
