• The hotel is scheduled to close for the most extensive renovations beginning January 12 through January 16, 2008
• Parking lot renovations are scheduled to begin in February 2008 and are expected to be complete late March 2008
• Drain renovations are scheduled to begin in early January 2008 and are expected to take approximately one month
• Exterior wall renovation is scheduled to begin August 17, 2007. During this time, some exterior areas will be covered with safety nets and views from some guestrooms may be blocked. The estimated completion date is late March 2008
