This wooden fronted chalet-style residence is located in the pedestrianised resort of Avoriaz 1800, where cars are replaced by dog sleds.

Geneva-Cointrin Airport is 80 kilometers away and Thonon-Les Bains TGV railway station is 40 kilometers from the hotel. Various children's activities are offered at the Annie Famose Children's Village, opposite the residence. The village also has an 800 square meter floodlit skating rink, fitness center, bowling facilities and two squash courts. Paragliding, helicopter flights and snow mountain-biking are also on offer. Guests can enjoy the full range of snow-sliding sports, with 650 kilometers of downhill skiing at Les Portes du Soleil, as well as plenty of cross-country skiing and snowboarding areas. Straddling the border of Switzerland, the ski area around Avoriaz appeals to skiers of all levels. Pay parking (both covered and outdoors) at the entrance to the resort costs up to 80 EUR per week.
The residence's amenities include a lift and phone point. All 110 studios and apartments are designed for self-catering and have kitchens with microwaves or mini-ovens. Offering direct access to the slopes, the ski lifts are next door to the chalet, the ski school 150 meters away and the resort centre 400 meters away.
